Availability & Prices

Change over day: Friday.  If you have a different wish (10 days? mid-week?), if you want to arrive on another day, please do not hesitate to contact us. In consultation, a suitable solution can often be found.
in high season: a minimum of 6 nights must be booked
For short stays up to 3 days a surcharge of 50 euros applies

Additional costs
Tourist tax € 1,90 per person per day.
Pet € 3,50 per pet per day. The house is unfortunately only suitable for one small or medium size dog. (please consult us in advance). We rely on you to always keep an eye on your animal and never leave it alone in the house.
Deposit/surety € 75,- .
Be asked at your arrival, payable in cash.The surery shall be repaid, if necessary deduced from any damage caused, cleaning charges, outstanding costs at the end of your stay.

Optional:
Bedlinen € 4,75 per pers per change. (duvet cover 140x200, fitted sheet for mattress 90x200 and a pillow slip)
Towels: Kitchen towels are available / possibility to rent bath towels: € 4,- per package per change.
Baby equipment € 5,00  baby changing mat, high chair, bottle warmer, and a travel cot with with bed linen.
Final cleaning: The renting of this (our) accommodation is based on trust. We rely on you that you use our home and material with care. And that you leave the accommodation clean and undamaged; exactly as you found it at your arrival. You may choose to clean the accommodation yourself before departure or you let us clean the it. Some cleaning products and a vacuum cleaner are already there for you.
Washing machine : possibility tu use our private machine.

- We ask our guests to be ecologically responsible. Be thrifty, economical with water and energy, and separate your waste. 
-You have planned a wonderful vacation. Don't forget to close on both travel and cancellation insurance. It can happen that a booked trip cannot go ahead, that you have to return home halfway through your holiday, or that you have extra costs while something dreadfull has happened.
